How we ship

We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed will ship within  1- 2 days. During our busy season (Thanksgiving-Christmas), your order may take 2-3 business days to be shipped. Any current shipping delays will be communicated at the top of the cart page. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships with tracking information.

Shipping carriers experience delays depending on the time of year or other circumstances. We will fulfill your order as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee delivery times.

 

Shipping address

If you need to change your shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible or email aviressence4@gmail.com with your order number and the correct address

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

- USPS  Ground Advantage (2-5 business days ) for all shipping in the United States . We charge flat rate of  3.95

- USPS Priority Mail(1-3 business days ) we charge a flat rate of 5.95

 

Free Shipping is provided for all orders over $45.00

International Shipping Cost( Canada & Rest of the World)

-USPS Priority Mail  Express International (3-5 business days ) flat rate  8.95

Amending an order

Because we cannot access your credit card information, we are unable to modify your order after it has been placed.

Tracking an order

Once your order ships you will receive an email notification that contains a link to “View and track your order.”

​

Missing or lost packages

Tracking information is emailed once your package ships. You can find the most up-to-date information by clicking the “View and track your order” link in your shipping confirmation email.

In the event that your package appears to be missing or lost we recommend first checking with your local postal carrier to verify it has been delivered. We also recommend asking neighbors and even other members of your household to see if they may have received it by mistake. If the package cannot be located after these steps, please reply to your shipping confirmation email or email aviressence4@gmail.com with your name and order number and we’ll be happy to help.

Cancellation Policy:

Once an order is placed,  we begin  processing within 24 hrs. to expedite the shipping process. As a result, we may be unable to cancel or modify orders. If you received a shipping confirmation email, we are unable to cancel the order since it has already been picked up by the carrier.
